Therapy (Individual Sessions)
A grounded, trauma informed space to explore what feels heavy, tender, or stuck, without pressure to perform or arrive with explanations already formed. This is supportive, relational therapy that meets you where you are.

Designed for anyone navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, grief, identity shifts, emotional exhaustion, trauma, or the ache of feeling disconnected from yourself. We can bring in EMDR, neurofeedback, expressive arts, or other supports if and when it feels right, but we don’t have to start there.
EMDR Therapy
A trauma focused, evidence based approach that helps your brain and nervous system reprocess what feels stuck without having to relive the story again.

EMDR supports trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, grief, and patterns that feel impossible to think your way out of. It works at the nervous system level to reduce emotional intensity, move old experiences out of the present, and build more internal calm and clarity.
Expressive Arts Therapy
A creative, body-led approach that invites movement, color, sound, imagination, and expression into the healing process.

This modality helps emotions move in ways words alone often can’t. It’s especially supportive for those who feel deeply, think visually, or sense that their inner experience is bigger than language. No artistic ability required, only curiosity and openness.
Reiki and Energy Support
A grounding, nonverbal, restorative practice that works with emotional, physical, and energetic balance.

Reiki supports relaxation, emotional release, nervous system calming, and a greater sense of ease in the body. It can be a stand-alone support or woven into other healing work depending on what your system needs.
Neurofeedback
Brain based support that helps regulate anxiety, overwhelm, focus, sleep, and emotional reactivity by training the nervous system toward balance.

Neurofeedback is gentle, noninvasive, and designed to help your brain function more efficiently. Over time, many clients feel more regulated, less activated by stress, more present, and better able to access other forms of healing.
