About Connie

You’ve done the work.
You’ve tried to heal, to grow, to push through.
You can explain yourself, understand your patterns, and hold it together when you need to.
And still, part of you feels stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly off, like you are watching yourself live instead of actually being in your life.

You might have a mind that gets it, but a body that still carries it.
You might feel everything, but have no safe place to put it.
You might look fine on the outside, while your inner world feels loud, chaotic, or exhausted.

This is exactly where Connie meets her clients.

Connie Conway, LISW-CP, is a holistic, trauma-informed therapist who helps creative, sensitive, deep-feeling women step out of survival mode and back into themselves. With more than a decade of experience in crisis care, emergency services, clinical leadership, and trauma treatment, Connie understands what it means to hold heavy things, both in life and in the body.

Her work blends EMDR, expressive arts therapy, neurofeedback and Reiki, because healing isn’t just cognitive, it’s biological, emotional, creative, and embodied. Words can start the process, but real change happens when the nervous system calms, the body softens, and expression becomes a bridge out of what feels unmovable.

Connie works with women navigating the quiet breaking points that often don’t look like breaking at all: burnout that feels like emptiness, transitions that bend your identity, relationships that drain instead of hold, grief that has no clear ending, anxiety that never turns off, and the exhaustion of being strong for too long.

Her space is warm, intuitive, grounding, soul-led, and creative.
No forcing. No rushing. No pretending.

Clients don’t come to Connie to be analyzed or fixed.
They come because they want to feel safe enough to take the mask off, connected enough to settle into their bodies, and supported enough to find the parts of themselves they lost along the way.

Outside of sessions, Connie restores her own nervous system through hiking, nature, knitting, and quiet moments that bring her back into balance, the same gentle return to self that she helps her clients reclaim.

If you’re here, it probably means something inside you is ready for a different kind of healing.

One that meets you where you actually are.
One that invites you to exhale instead of perform.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
You just have to reach.
