Healing Arts Program


The  Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga 

                            

       Classes in this ancient spiritual discipline enhance 

   energy while promoting soothing relaxation, and increased 

          flexibility and strength in the physical body, the mind,

      and the soul. 

     

          Classes will include chakra awareness, breathing exercises, 

          physical postures and meditation.
